Change India? Change Young Minds!

August 5, 2009

Its pathetic scene of a family who is spending hard earned money at getting professional degrees and still not seen growth, and severly depending on others to survive and not self sustained.

Is that sound similar to a neighbourhood family or ourselves in the mirror?

The same with my beloved country too!!

Country spend lakhs of subsidized money on a certain technology professional like Mechanical, Eletrical, Electrionics, after getting a degree he is going to learn some crash course of basic IT tool and stand in the lines of Hitech city for white collar clerical jobs…

Country should get it returns back by putting knowledge into innovation and enterpernurship by the young professionals. The one of the point of View is Young minds, though they are spirited by thoughts of innovation, they are scared of risks in life!
There are risks in the life as and when you come out of the comfort zones, they need right motivation to go chase the dreams rather than living a medicore life…
Our Course Curriculum or Extran Curriculum or environment are not focusing on that…..
As part of this initiative, We have plans to conduct some inspirative sessions – How to Chase Dreams and achieve Success – especially targeted to Degree and engineering professional colleges to make them understand how important to live a life by going after dreams, and build the nation!!

Most of the Indian IT individuals prefer Cabs to avoid the traffic hassles. but how safe are we in the cabs?

I heard the news of IT individuals run into accidents due to rash driving by the cab drivers. The point is not to focus on cab drivers, but a rash driver. Most of the rash cab drivers either do not follow traffic rules for e.g. overtaking on Left, changing lanes without signals, not keeping distance with high speed, high beam lights, wavy nature of driving.

Administration of the companies should mointor that the cabs have proper head lights, vehicle has gone under regular maintainance and pollution check by the contractors.

Also, clear mentioning of “How am I driving?” stickers with phone number to make sure that any rash driving would be informed to authorities.

I know one of the colleague who dont let the Cab driver to go more than 60Km/hr especially in night… Nice tab on the safety,as we all realize each cab carries highly valuable IT individual life – Present and at the same time future of our IT business.

Guys, dont let cab drivers go mad or egoistic on the roads and you can gently warn them as they might be good friends of you by now!

Individuals also should not rush the driver for speedy rides, which could be dangerous to all.

Lets have safe roads, a bright future ahead!!

Search where you lost it!!

February 12, 2009

Youngsters have tough time to earn value out of their education, as mushroomed  colleges without having fundamental facilities to learn except the flexibility of bunking the classes…

On the other hand, Recruitment Agencies, or Company heads have tough time to find talented resumes…

Both have been searching in market for the talent and opportunities, but both needs to search where they lost it !!

By the way, recruitment agencies which has no bearing to company productivity or individual talent cashing the era with false confidence to companies and false assurance to the candidates!!

We got the outsourcing opportunities, due to the smart and effective people who worked hard to create the impression about indian crowd, tilted world towards india for outsourcing.

Currently We are talent and cost-effective, but this combination only works once we keep our talent at increasing and keep the cost effective.

But because of farse professional colleges, and great business bidders, the cost is going low but talent is worsening…

Do you only buy product just because its cheap in the market?????????

Same way, international market also will not tolerate any further cheap products or talent from India… We will (not may) definitely loose the bid to our competitioners like China…

Imagine, If we lost this industry breeding, we will be ruled by own pawn brokers, not by happy customer serviced banks!!!

Its the time to wake up and investigate where are we loosing our credibility……

To my all young- to be professional folks, You Please learn while you are in the college and bring out the best in you!!

So, The goal setting should be done not at the end of the 5th semister, at the fresher’s party!!!

Recruitment agencies also should run College top ratings based on the faculty expertise, classes attendance percentage, environmental facilities…etc etc… If this awareness is brought among young folks, to be aware their responsibilities and right to learn while in College itself, that would make better percentage of effective individuals out from our institutions to industries rather than stuck up at Ameerpet CrossRoads!!

Hope that makes sense!!

Dharmo Rakshathi Rakshitha:

February 11, 2009

If we save our dharma, we are in turn protected by our dharma… This line applies to whole humanity irrespective of country, religious beliefts.

As we need to do our dharma(  practice of principles ), Environment around us watch, observe, follow, So, As others follow principles, we are protected.

It can start from house hold chores, we share home responsibilities as we start our day, our family members tend to support, our kids tend to learn and practice the principles what we have embedded in culture.

As Gandhi also said, People watch, laugh and they realize to follow… with our persistence and persevearance of practicing principles. Its nature of unmatured individual to go away from this line, have some wins and drastic repression… ultimately if they want peace in their mind, they have to come to path of Dharma…

Any issue on this earth is solved by practice of right priniciple, In these times, Its unfortunate that we dont have leaders to show us right path(s). We dont have courage to follow the right path, as people tend to distract that we will loose the speed of the growth…or failures or odds!!

Either it is water scarcity, or traffic issues, or terrorism… we forgot to protect our dharma, like we dont care about the water leaks in our home itself or around the environment, we dont follow traffic rules, we dont take care of under previleged as they need our support for their education, livelihood, we exploit our environment as much as possible, but wont have time to plant a tree or save it!!

Whatever degree of following of principles will  lead to that much level of clarity and purity in the society…that clarity in turn protecting us, will continue to protect us…

so, Immediate attention to practice of dharma of saving water and bringing awareness around us will eventually solve the issue,

With Love,
